FLEX Sr. Manager, CoBrand Card Capability Support

This is a temporary position. 

The FLEX Senior Manager, CoBrand Card Capability Support will sit in the Marriott Cobrand team supporting a new capability launching in 2027. This role is responsible for overseeing development and testing processes this capability to ensure all tech & digital builds meet documented business requirements and compliance standards. The position leads cross-functional collaboration and manages internal and external stakeholder communication, including timely progress updates and feedback distribution throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, it facilitates decision-making and risk management by maintaining thorough documentation and driving project milestones. 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE  

Education and Experience  

Required 

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree and 5+years of relevant experience 
  • 2+ years experience in project management in digital, app, and/or backend systems 
  • 2+ years experience managing to business and technical requirements 

Preferred 

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams  
  • Experience in facilitating quality assurance test plans for digital projects – both front end and back end 
  • Experience with highly regulated industries (e.g. financial services, healthcare)  

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES  

Development Oversight 

  • Direct and evaluate all back end and front-end builds, ensuring 100% alignment with documented business requirements before project completion. 
  • Hold partner teams accountable for delivering both back-end and front-end solutions that meet Cobrand Capabilities business owner requirements; achieve full compliance in development deliverables. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinating all departments to drive project milestones and achieve seamless integration of business and technical needs. 

Testing Management 

  • Document comprehensive use cases for end-to-end testing, ensuring all business scenarios are covered and validated. 
  • Oversee end-to-end testing for multiple use cases, guaranteeing that 100% of business requirements are validated during quality assurance. 

Stakeholder Communication and Approvals 

  • Prepare and deliver presentation documentation for internal and bank-facing reviews; distribute feedback within 24 hours of receiving comments during the approval process. 
  • Provide timely progress updates, including status, timing, and business decision needs, to stakeholders and business owners at least once per project phase. 

Risk and Decision Management 

  • Facilitate team decision making by communicate and manage risk internally; record and distribute decisions in official reports.
