FLEX Sr Program Specialist, Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center

This is a temporary position. 

 

The Senior Program Specialist provides part-time administrative support (approximately 8 hours/week) to the Delivery team of The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center. This role primarily manages employee expense reporting for a high-travel consulting team, ensuring accurate and timely processing to support client invoicing and financial operations.

Primary Focus (80–90%)

• Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur as proxy for multiple team members.

• Review receipts, categorize expenses, and ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Partner with travelers and finance to resolve questions and finalize submissions.

• Track and follow up on missing documentation to support timely billing.

Additional Support (10–20%)

• Coordinate meetings and basic scheduling logistics.

• Prepare and format presentations or documents.

• Maintain shared team resources and files.

• Assist with simple data collation (e.g., surveys, feedback).

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Concur expense reporting (required).

• High attention to detail and accuracy with financial documentation.

• Ability to work efficiently within limited weekly hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Reliable, discreet, and service-oriented.
