LEAD WITH PURPOSE – DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

At Sharq Village & Spa, we believe our Ladies & Gentlemen are the heart of our success. We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary and service operations, elevate our guest experiences, and drive exceptional business performance.

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive luxury hospitality experience, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for innovation, quality, and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide strategic leadership across all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, and catering
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining Ritz-Carlton’s brand standards
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver world-class service consistently
  • Develop innovative dining concepts and enhance the resort’s culinary reputation
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
  • Oversee cost control, inventory management, and financial performance of all F&B outlets
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or equivalent senior leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong background in multi-outlet operations, fine dining, and large-scale banqueting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial results and operational excellence
  • Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and service culture
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
