Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hotel Bozen S.r.l.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
 
-Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression
-Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
-Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
-Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
-Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
-Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
-Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
-Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
 
-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Fluency in English and Italian or German; additional languages are an advantage
 
The 13th and 14th month salaries and severance pay (TFR) are to be considered additional to the agreed base salary. There is also the opportunity to perform upselling activities and receive company bonuses based on the achievement of business goals. 1500-1600 netto (euro)
