At Hotel Santo Mauro, one of Madrid’s most iconic luxury hotels, we are looking for a Receptionist with a strong service orientation and a passion for excellence to join our Front Office team.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, providing a personalized service in line with Luxury Collection standards.
Manage reservations, guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
Provide information and assistance regarding hotel services and the city.
Support administrative tasks within the department, including billing, payment control, daily reports, and closing procedures.
Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless service.
Maintain quality, safety, and data protection standards in all operations.
Contribute to enhancing the guest experience through proactive attention and impeccable service.
Requirements
Previous experience in Front Office, preferably in 5* or luxury hotels.
Degree or studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar) and basic billing and auditing processes.
Customer-focused, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
Experience with Marriott is a plus.
