Job Summary:
Delta by Marriott Thornton is hiring a Front Desk Agent for the AM shift. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, answering phones, making reservations, handling guest requests, and providing excellent Marriott-level service throughout the guest stay.
The AM Front Desk Agent will also support daily hotel operations by communicating with housekeeping and maintenance, resolving guest concerns, processing payments, balancing shift paperwork, and helping ensure the hotel is clean, organized, and ready for arrivals.
This is a guest-facing role that requires professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. Morning and weekend availability is required.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work scheduled AM shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be comfortable using computers, answering phones, handling payments, and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, communicate clearly with guests and team members, and handle guest concerns calmly and respectfully.
- Marriott or LightSpeed experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Willingness to cross-train at Lobby Starbucks is a plus as well.
Hourly. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, hotel employee discounts, and available performance bonuses. Bonus opportunities may include $20 guest name mentions, 1% of walk-in sales, and $30 sell-out night bonuses.
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00.
