Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hotel GV 670, S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Telephone and email customer service
Management of individual reservations through the OPERA operating system
Check-in and check-out
Issue room keys and provide accurate information about hotel services
Concierge services and attention to VIP guests
Knowledge of Marriott tools as well as the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Maintain a high level of professional image, behavior, and ethics at all times
Handle confidential information, including registration documentation
 
Languages: Spanish and English at a high level. Rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and 4–5 nights per month).
DNI or NIE number in order to work in Spain
Social Security Number
 
Salary according to the hospitality agreement in Catalonia, meals included, uniform, and Marriott benefits. 23.338,62€ gross anually
