Job Summary:
Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to our guests from the moment they arrive, ensuring they feel at home from the very first moment.
Handle professional check-in and check-out procedures using our hotel management system, Protel.
Provide proactive, attentive, and personalized support to our discerning guests, addressing a wide range of requests and inquiries.
Act as the first point of contact for guest feedback and special requests.
Contribute your fresh ideas and innovative approach to continuously enhance the guest experience.
Process invoices accurately and perform shift and end-of-day closing procedures.
Manage guest correspondence via phone and email.
Provide concierge services, including arranging transfers, sightseeing tours, tickets, concerts, and other tourist activities.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and service excellence guidelines.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks at the Front Office.
 
Job Qualifications:
Completed education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
Depending on the property, additional experience in guest relations, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
Previous experience in a Front Office role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Experience working with Protel hotel software is beneficial.
Passion for working with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Friendly, communicative, and outgoing personality with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Strong team spirit, commitment, and a high sense of responsibility.
Excellent German and English language skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
