Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager will manage day-to-day operations of Concierge, Front Desk, and At-Your-Service (Telecommunications). Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Provide positive leadership and foster a culture of engaged Associates to ensure the success of the team

Manage projects and ensure policies and procedures are administered fairly and adhered too

Emphasise guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings, focusing on continuous improvement

Manage staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met

Supports developmental needs by coaching, mentoring, or training to improve the teams knowledge or skills

Deliver departmental orientation program for Associates to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job

Excellent communication with the Front Office team and Associates to create awareness of business objectives
Previous experience in a similar role, or ability to demonstrate concrete exposure in handling a Front Office team within a luxury hotel, is mandatory.
