To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for a Front Office Shift Leader (m/f/d) to join us immediately or by mutual agreement
What we are looking for:
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
- Solid professional experience at the Front Desk; initial experience in shift leadership is an advantage
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service and working with people
- Positive attitude and open, professional communication skills
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Experience with OPERA and common Microsoft Office applications is desirable
- Ability to lead and motivate the team responsibly during shifts
Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming, assisting, and advising our international guests
- Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
- Preparing VIP arrivals and maintaining guest loyalty profiles
- Managing guest feedback in both German and English
- Professionally handling guest requests and complaints
- Ensuring smooth Front Desk and At Your Service operations
- Coordinating and supporting team members and trainees during shifts
- Ensuring compliance with service, quality, and company standards
- Taking on leadership responsibilities within the daily operational business
