Your Responsibilities
 
Reporting to the hotel management and working closely with the Front Office team, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
 
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Supervising, supporting, and motivating the Front Office team on a daily basis.
     
  • Ensuring a warm welcome and high-quality service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
     
  • Overseeing check-in and check-out procedures.
     
  • Ensuring clear communication and effective handovers between shifts and departments.
     
  • Handling guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations professionally and efficiently.
     
  • Monitoring billing, payments, and guest account accuracy.
     
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Marriott brand standards.
     
  • Working closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office department, ideally with some supervisory experience.
     
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
     
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
     
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm and effective under pressure.
     
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
     
  • Knowledge of OPERA is mandatory.
