The Opportunity
The St. Regis Mallorca is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of the Mediterranean’s most distinctive ultra-luxury resort destinations.
This role requires a proven luxury hotel leader with the depth, gravitas and operational excellence to steward a flagship property, partner closely with ownership, and elevate performance across guest experience, people, and commercial outcomes.
This is not a first-time GM opportunity. It is a role for a seasoned luxury leader who has successfully operated at the highest end of the market.
Key Leadership Accountabilities
As General Manager, you will:
- Lead the overall strategy and day-to-day operation of a complex luxury resort, ensuring exceptional guest experience, brand integrity and sustained financial performance
- Act as the principal partner to ownership, building trust through transparency, strong governance, and consistent delivery of agreed objectives
- Drive commercial performance across rooms, F&B and ancillary revenue streams, balancing brand positioning with profitability and asset value
- Build, inspire and retain a high-performing Executive Committee, creating a culture of accountability, service excellence and talent development
- Uphold and elevate St. Regis brand standards, rituals and service culture, ensuring the property consistently exceeds guest and owner expectations
- Represent the hotel locally and internationally, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the wider community
What We Are Looking For
Essential Experience
- Proven General Manager experience within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality, ideally in a resort or complex leisure environment
- Demonstrated track record of strong operational and commercial performance, including elevating guest satisfaction, RevPAR index, GOP and overall asset value
- Significant experience working directly with hotel owners, investors or asset managers, managing expectations and delivering against agreed performance targets
- Deep understanding of luxury service culture and the ability to lead at a level expected by the world’s most discerning guests
Language & Location
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively within the Spanish and international hospitality market
