Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, owned and operated by AJNM Hotels Group, is seeking a people-focused, hands-on General Manager to lead our established 81-room hotel. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who believes that great teams create great guest experiences.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overall hotel performance—leading daily operations, supporting and developing associates, maintaining brand standards, and driving guest satisfaction and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

Lead all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and Food & Beverage

Build, coach, and retain a motivated, guest-focused team

Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture

Ensure exceptional guest service and respond effectively to guest feedback

Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue and profitability

Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies

Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety

Identify and manage operational and reputational risks

2–5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a branded hotel

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and revenue management

Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency with hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology
