Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Dalwadi Hospitality Management, LLC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the hotel, including guest satisfaction, employee engagement, financial performance, and property operations. This position provides leadership to all departments while ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, and operational goals.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
Conduct daily staff meetings and maintain effective communication across all departments.
-Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
-Monitor hotel performance, labor costs, payroll, and expenses to meet financial goals.
-Review and approve employee timecards and schedules.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
-Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
-Complete and submit required reports accurately and on time.
Work closely with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Maintain a positive work environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
 
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, payroll, and budgeting.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
 
Starting salary of $55,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. Eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, where applicable. Medical, dental, and vision insurance available.
