Position Overview: General Manager 
 
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and approachable General Manager (GM) to lead one of our premier hotels and deliver unforgettable guest experiences as the face of our respected hospitality brand. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience in hospitality, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, and strong expertise in hotel and restaurant operations and financial management. You should be a strong communicator and inspiring leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales and financial goals and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We want someone passionate about driving revenue growth through effective yield management, controlling costs with innovative strategies, elevating guest service beyond brand standards, and empowering their team through coaching, motivation, and accountability. Experience building community connections and supporting sales teams is essential. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in hospitality.
Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations and financial management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and financial goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of the local hospitality industry and market trends is a plus.
 
 
As a salaried employee, you will be eligible to participate in the H.House benefits program after 90 days of continuous employment, which currently includes: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (50% of the employee premium paid by the employer) Employee discounts on room rates at participating hotels Paid time off after 90 days of service Sick/Personal time off after 90 days of service.

 

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
