We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of the new AC Hotel RiNo. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of hotel leadership, including operations, financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience in alignment with the AC Hotel brand standards.
Pre-Opening Leadership
• Partner with ownership and Marriott to ensure a successful hotel opening.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all associates.
• Implement brand standards, operating procedures, and service culture prior to opening.
Operational Excellence
• Direct daily operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, and engineering.
• Ensure compliance with AC Hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a strong presence in the hotel to support team members and engage with guests.
Food & Beverage Development & Execution
• Lead the development and implementation of the hotel’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring alignment with AC Hotel brand standards and the property’s positioning.
• Oversee the design, launch, and ongoing execution of the AC Lounge, Breakfast Program, Beverage offerings, and any additional F&B services.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to create efficient menus, cost structures, and service flow.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Monitor guest feedback and operational performance to continually refine and elevate the F&B experience.
• Drive revenue through creative programming, promotions, and community partnerships that reflect the AC brand’s lifestyle focus.
Financial Management
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Drive revenue performance through effective sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies.
• Control costs while maintaining quality standards and maximizing profitability.
Team Leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the company’s values.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on engagement, accountability, and growth.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Guest Experience
• Ensure guest satisfaction scores consistently meet or exceed brand benchmarks.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
• Create a service culture that reflects the European-inspired design and lifestyle focus of the AC brand.
Community & Brand Representation
• Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong business relationships.
• Actively participate in sales calls, community events, and networking opportunities.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 annually.
