Here is what you will be doing each day:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
- Open doors and provide directional assistance as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow all safety and vehicle handling procedures
- Support restaurant valet operations

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties)
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and guest items (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in multiple service areas
