Our Breakfast Hostesses take the initiative to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their breakfast experience. They are empowered to anticipate guest needs, maintain an inviting atmosphere, and provide friendly, attentive service. Whether greeting guests, seating them, answering questions about menu offerings, replenishing buffet items, coordinating with the kitchen team, or maintaining dining area cleanliness, the Breakfast Hostess makes every interaction feel warm, personal, and memorable.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Breakfast Hostesses will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Breakfast.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None.
Language Requirement: Fluency in Georgian is mandatory. Knowledge of English and additional languages is an advantage.
