JOB SUMMARY
Assists and support the Director of Housekeeping in the daily administration of housekeeping operations. The role supports the coordination and supervision of housekeeping activities under close supervision, ensuring that cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently met. The position provides structured exposure to luxury housekeeping operations while contributing to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Housekeeping Operations & Quality Support
· Supports daily housekeeping operations under the supervision of the Director of Style, gaining hands-on exposure to luxury housekeeping standards.
· Assists with room and public area inspections, cleanliness checks, and follow-up actions as directed.
· Learns how daily task planning, room assignments, and occupancy levels impact operations and guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience & Service Standards
· Supports housekeeping service delivery in line with Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) and brand standards.
· Assists with guest requests related to housekeeping and observes the handling of guest feedback and service recovery, escalating issues as required.
· Learns how service behaviors, attention to detail, and presentation contribute to a consistent luxury guest experience.
Operational Procedures & Cross-Department Coordination
· Learns and supports compliance with housekeeping SOPs, safety procedures, and brand guidelines.
· Assists with basic operational controls such as checklists, inventories (linen, amenities, supplies), and daily reports.
· Supports coordination with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Participates in housekeeping projects or initiatives as assigned, under supervision.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Communicates clearly and professionally with supervisors and colleagues.
· Participates in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
· Performs operational housekeeping tasks when required for learning purposes.
· Actively engages in learning opportunities to develop operational, organizational, and leadership skills within Housekeeping
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- EU Nationals only
- Language: Spanish (mandatory). Knowledge of English preferred.
- Related Work Experience: No Previous Hotel Experience Mandatory.
