Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support our housekeeping and laundry operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will partner with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, team performance, and overall operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand-level cleanliness and presentation
  • Working within the department by filling in for housekeeping, laundry and house person if needed
  • Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment for quality and availability
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and procedures

 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience Required; supervisory experience Preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
