We’re seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to guide our dedicated team and uphold the impeccable standards that define The Luxury Collection.

Your Role
  • Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver flawless cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet luxury-brand standards.
  • Step in to clean rooms when required to maintain service standards and meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate daily room assignments and ensure timely completion.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure safety compliance at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in a luxury or upscale environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to exceptional standards.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work on your feet throughout the day.
