Support Room Attendants by delivering linen, amenities, guest supplies, and cleaning materials to assigned areas. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, staircases, and back‑of‑house spaces. Collect, sort, and transport soiled linen to the designated laundry area and replenish clean linen on floors. Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, furniture moving, and high‑dusting as required. Ensure all guest requests (additional amenities, pillows, towels, etc.) are delivered promptly and professionally. Handle waste collection and disposal following hygiene and safety standards. Ensure all housekeeping equipment (vacuum cleaners, carts, trolleys) is kept clean, organized, and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Supervisor or Engineering team. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including pantries, storage rooms, and housekeeping offices. Support event setups or operational needs when required, such as moving furniture or preparing areas for functions. Follow all hotel safety protocols, chemical-handling guidelines, and environmental policies. Uphold the resort’s service culture by maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Education: Form 7 pass.
Related Work Experience: Previous experience as a Houseman in a hotel or resort environment is preferred..
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: A valid Group 2 full driver’s license is mandatory.
