We are seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑driven HR Clerk to join our Human Resources team. The ideal resource will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Marriott account activation for our employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of employee account activation, from receiving applications to assigning the proper job code and other relevant details.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure timely setup of accounts for new hires.
- Manage the reactivation of accounts for returning seasonal employees, ensuring all records are updated and compliant.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for account‑related issues (password management, two step verification procedure) in collaboration with the IT department.
- Monitor and ensure consistency in user access levels according to job role and business needs.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures related to account management and onboarding workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems, user management tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and seasonal environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
