Who are we looking for?

As an Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration processes, helping to create a positive experience for all associates.

Your responsibilities will include...

• Providing support to management and leadership teams in handling and resolving Human Resources-related matters.

• Assisting employees with inquiries, requests, and internal or external transfer processes.

• Coordinating and supporting recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities for new employees.

• Managing pre-employment screening processes, including reference checks, background checks, and other required verifications.

• Maintaining accurate records of candidates, recruitment activities, onboarding sessions, and employee transfers.

• Creating, organizing, and maintaining employee personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Assisting with new hire orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Ensuring all HR processes comply with applicable legislation and company policies and procedures.

• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Supporting payroll administration processes and record maintenance when required.

• Preparing HR reports and analyzing employee data to support business decisions.

• Managing departmental communications, correspondence, and telephone inquiries.

• Participating in HR projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert and contributing to process improvements.

• Training and supporting new employees on HR processes, systems, programs, and company policies.

• Building positive working relationships across departments and supporting the achievement of common goals.

• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.

What we are looking for in you...

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, personnel administration, or a related field.

• Knowledge of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee records management processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

• Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

• Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.

• Valid authorization to work in Spain.
