Job Requirement
Under the guidance of the Human Resources Director, you are to assist with the assessment and implementation of training plans. Handle all matters relating to the HR activities for the hosts and the maintenance of the highest possible performance standards within The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. You are responsible to provide a full range of employee relations support in order to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department and the property's compliance to the local labor laws and regulations. Contribute to the desired work culture around the four core values of the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Familiarise yourself with the Marriott Human Resources standards.
- Regularly communicates with staff members and maintains good relations.
- Receive and attend to visitors to the Learning and Development/Human Resources Office
- Responsible to ensure all signatory requirements for the Director of HR, Operations.
- Creating and monitoring of all host files ensuring that all is in place as per audit requirements.
- To support HR projects as and when required.
- Responsible and accountable for hosts passport and to issue if requested with proper documentation.
- Responsible in preparing HR related letters such as employment certificate, salary certificate, NOC letters for embassies etc., as requested by staff members.
- In-charge of new joiners document signing, and locker management.
