We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to join The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne’s internship program. This fixed-term internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in luxury hospitality and gain hands-on experience across key hotel departments. As an intern, you will support operational teams while developing practical skills, contributing to memorable guest experiences, and understanding the world-class standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support department teams in executing projects and initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business or related degree.
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality and eager to build a career in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and fast-paced environment.
