We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to partner with our HR Director and help run the engine behind the scenes of the most shining hospitality brand—labor law, payroll, HR administration, recruitment, and training—while shaping a workplace that truly feels like a Great Place to Work.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Run the Core (Administration, Labor Law & Compliance)

You’ll be the guardian of our HR foundations.

  • Support the HR Director in overseeing daily HR operations and priorities
  • Be a trusted reference on Italian labor law, contracts, disciplinary procedures, and people management topics
  • Ensure HR administration is accurate, consistent, and always compliant
  • Keep documentation, audits, and internal processes on point—no loose ends, no last‑minute stress

Own Payroll Oversight

It’s not about doing payroll—it’s about making it right.

  • Work closely with our Payroll Coordinator, bringing HR and labor‑law expertise to the table
  • Ensure payroll inputs, documentation, and interpretations are correct and compliant
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines, making sure nothing slips
  • Act as the HR bridge between payroll, management, and external partners

Recruit Boldly

You don’t recruit within the lines — you go beyond the standard to discover the exceptional.

  • Be hands‑on with end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Get creative: social media, job fairs, hospitality schools, referrals—if it works, we’re in
  • Use the strength of the W brand to attract talent that matches our energy and standards
  • Support managers in making smart, inclusive hiring decisions

Care for People, Handle the Tough Moments

Your knowledge and care shows up when it matters most

  • Support employee relations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
  • Manage complaints, sensitive cases, and urgent situations with confidence
  • Help leaders navigate people challenges while keeping consistency and fairness

Training That Matters

You will be learning while teaching

  • Safety & Security training, aligned with D.Lgs. 81/08
  • Company & Brand trainings that bring Marriott and W culture to life
  • Onboarding, ensuring every new hire’s first experience feels organized, welcoming, and unmistakably W
 

Who You Are

  • A solid HR professional with 3 years of senior experience in hotels or resorts
  • Confident in Italian labor law, HR administration, and payroll processes
  • Organized, reliable, and detail‑driven—but never cold or rigid
  • Friendly and people‑focused, always professional
  • Comfortable jumping from one priority to another in a fast‑paced hotel environment
  • Open‑minded, collaborative, and not afraid to share ideas or challenge the status quo
