POSITION SUMMARY

The In-Villa Dining Captain is responsible for leading and coordinating all In-Villa Dining operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless guest experiences across villas, residences, and private accommodations. This role supervises and supports the In-Villa Dining team throughout each service period, ensuring orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Ritz-Carlton and Reserve standards.


The Captain serves as a key point of contact between guests, Culinary, Butler Services, and Food & Beverage teams, anticipating guest preferences and transforming every meal experience into a personalized and memorable occasion. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering intuitive and refined service in a highly personalized luxury environment.


Through active floor leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, the In-Villa Dining Captain ensures guest satisfaction, departmental efficiency, and adherence to all quality, safety, and brand standards while fostering a culture aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and the Reserve philosophy of creating meaningful and unforgettable experiences.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
