Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Archer Hotel Management Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Mission of the Post
 
Guarantee, both physically and in the warehouse administration computer applications, the correct management, control and optimization of the hotel's warehouse, commissary and general warehouse inventories, ensuring traceability, operational efficiency, cost control and compliance with quality, food safety and internal audit standards, in accordance with the hotel's volume of Food and Beverage revenues.
 
Main Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
 
Comprehensive stock control of food, beverages, wines, spirits, operational supplies and general material.
Supervision of incoming and outgoing goods.
Periodic inventories (daily, weekly and monthly).
Analysis of rotation, shrinkage and deviations.
Expiry control.
 
2. Cost Control
 
Tracking of A&B costs in coordination with Finance and F&B.
Control of deviations between theoretical and actual consumption.
Analysis of variations and proposals for improvement.
Support in monthly closings and internal/external audits.
 
3. Warehouse Management
 
Custody and control of wines, spirits and premium beverages.
High-value inventory monitoring.
Control of transfers to points of sale.
Coordination with sommelier and F&B management.
 
4. Receipt of Goods
 
Verification of orders according to purchase orders.
Quality control and quantities received.
Document management (delivery notes, invoices, incidents).
Coordination with suppliers in the event of discrepancies.
 
5. Organization and Operations
 
Optimization of warehouse space and order.
Compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP).
Coordination with kitchen, bars, restaurants and banquets.
Planning of needs based on operations and events.
Annotations in computer systems of the results of inventories, movements of goods and necessary adjustments to ensure the coincidence between physical and computer stock
 
6. Team Management
 
Supervision and training of warehouse personnel.
Organization of shifts and tasks.
Performance evaluation.

Required Profile
 
Training
 
Higher Vocational Training in Logistics, Administration or similar.
Training in cost control or hotel management is an asset.
 
Experience
 
Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position in high-volume hotels or resorts.
Experience managing warehouses with an A&B turnover of more than €10M.
 
Technical Knowledge
 
Inventory control and stock management.
ERP Systems / PMS / Purchasing Software.
Advanced Excel.
Audit and internal control procedures.
APPCC Regulations.

Medium-high level of English (B2 minimum)
