Your key responsibilities include:

  • You will welcome, accompany and look after our guests in the lobby and ensure that everything runs smoothly 
  • You are the first point of contact for questions and concerns of our guests 
  • You will process guest requests such as reservations, spa or cleaning services or special requests 
  • You coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, technology, security, etc.) to efficiently implement guest requests
  • You will assist with check-ins, check-outs, room changes and the Elite Arrival Experience
  • You operate the POS system, take orders and serve food and drinks in the lobby
  • You will deliver packages, laundry, or other items directly to guest rooms
  • You will help guests use technical devices such as printers, PCs or Wi-Fi
  • You document and resolve guest complaints professionally and empathetically
  • You pay attention to a well-groomed appearance of the lobby and ensure a welcoming atmosphere

Be able.

  • You are a passionate host and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • Ideally, you have some experience in guest service – career changers with a service mentality are also welcome
  • You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus
  • You are flexible, team-oriented and enjoy putting a smile on guests' faces
  • You are confident in using digital tools and have a good technical understanding
  • You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility and contribute your own ideas
