The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. - Create engaging content and campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing and other digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, online communities and guest engagement.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creative projects and collaborations with external partners.
- Maintain and optimise website content, promotions, offers and direct booking initiatives.
- Support PR activities, local partnerships, events, influencer collaborations and employer branding projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints, communications and marketing materials.
- Support digital advertising initiatives across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results and identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media, content creation and digital marketing.
- Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to take ownership.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury, retail or F&B.
- Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Photography, videography or graphic design skills.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Understanding of reputation management platforms and online review channels.
