Position Summary
The St. Regis Budapest, located in the iconic Klotild Palace by the Elisabeth Bridge, is redefining luxury hospitality in the heart of the city. As a
Meeting & Events Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing meetings and events that reflect the brand’s legacy of bespoke service and timeless elegance.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences through meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and personalized service. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and operational departments to ensure every event is flawlessly executed.
Core Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination

Manage all aspects of event planning, including proposals, contracts, and timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, culinary, operations) to ensure seamless event delivery.

Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings to guarantee client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Represent the St. Regis brand during client interactions, showcasing our commitment to excellence.

Provide personalized solutions tailored to client needs and expectations.
Revenue Optimization & Market Insight

Identify opportunities to maximize event revenue in line with hotel strategy.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.

Contribute to achieving departmental and property-level revenue goals.
Exceptional Guest Experience

Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service standards.

Uphold the brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence in every interaction.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years related work experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
