W PragueAs a Moonlight Agent, you are the face of W Prague during evening and overnight hours. You deliver bold, personalized service aligned with W’s spirit — creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
You manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth night operations while embodying W’s Whatever/Whenever® philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Anticipate needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests with confidence.
- Deliver exceptional service to VIP and leisure guests.
Front Desk Operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations.
- Verify payments and ensure billing accuracy.
- Assign rooms based on preferences and availability.
- Prepare reports and maintain shift logs.
Cash & Compliance
- Process payments and balance cash bank.
- Follow accounting, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Protect guest privacy and confidential information.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other teams.
- Maintain professional communication and appearance standards.
