This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team supporting two unique Marriott properties on the Gold Coast, JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, a luxury resort destination renowned for exceptional experiences, wellness, dining, and memorable guest moments; and AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast, designed for the perfectly precise traveller, offering a refined and contemporary hotel experience where thoughtful details, purposeful design, and effortless service come together.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Multi-Property Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple Marriott-managed properties. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating marketing content, managing social media channels, maintaining property websites, and supporting public relations activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial performance across the portfolio.
The Multi-Property Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure brand consistency and deliver compelling campaigns that showcase each property's unique positioning and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of Marriott and property brand standards internally and externally.
- Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages, including brochures, promotional materials, fact sheets, maps, and presentation materials for promotional events, property tours, and conferences.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media channels, ensuring alignment with each property's objectives and brand strategy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Prepare and edit marketing communications, invitations, newsletters, media releases, and monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
- Update and maintain multiple property websites and external digital platforms, ensuring content accuracy and brand compliance.
- Coordinate and support photo shoots, video production, and content creation initiatives across properties.
- Monitor media coverage, digital trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential issues.
- Support media relations activities, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to enhance each property's reputation and visibility.
- Coordinate media and influencer visits, including accommodation, dining, experiences, amenities, and special requests.
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to support continuous improvement and return on investment.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing.
- Experience using marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across several properties simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Technically proficient with a proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
