MULTI-PROPERTY SENIOR REVENUE MANAGER – W LONDON & THE LONDON EDITION

Step into a key commercial role overseeing revenue management for two of London’s most iconic lifestyle hotels. As our Multi-Property Senior Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for maximising revenue and profit from rooms and function space's across transient, group, and catering segments. 

As the first point of contact for revenue support at hotel level, you’ll work closely with the Multi-Property Director of Revenue Strategy, on site, to implement pricing, positioning, and inventory management strategies.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Managing Revenue Priorities & Strategy

  • Maximise room and function space revenue across transient, group, and catering segments.
  • Use One Yield and other tools to optimise pricing, inventory, and profit.
  • Ensure full adoption of revenue systems and tools to unlock commercial opportunities.
  • Communicate and implement rate restrictions and sales strategies in line with seasonal and market trends.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to support pricing and positioning decisions.
  • Make long-term pricing recommendations based on data and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with GMs and Sales Strategy Teams to develop strategies that grow RevPAR.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to direct reports and ensure strategy execution across both hotels.
  • Review weekly/monthly performance across all segments: transient, group, contract, and catering.
  • Analyse competitive set performance and recommend actions to improve market share.
  • Prepare and lead sales strategy meetings with supporting documentation and insights.
  • Refine strategies based on analysis to drive market share growth.
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly rooms projections and critiques.
  • Ensure timely execution of strategy changes and recommendations.
  • Partner with Revenue Services to ensure rates are loaded correctly and distributed across all channels.
  • Use demand forecasts and data to guide selling strategies.
  • Monitor distribution channels for rate parity, positioning, and content accuracy.
  • Ensure inventory management tasks are executed accurately.
  • Support and activate brand and regional promotions.
  • Analyse trends and identify future need periods or challenges.
  • Execute OTA and eChannel strategies effectively.
  • Write monthly critiques for senior leadership and hotel teams to review performance and inform future strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott policies, including Best Rate Guarantee and rate parity.

Building Successful Relationships

  • Serve as a liaison between hotel teams and regional/corporate revenue support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at hotel level.
  • Use strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate others.
  • Foster team engagement through recognition and support.

Other Information

  • This is an on-property role, requiring regular movement between W London and The London EDITION - sometimes daily.
  • May involve limited travel for meetings, training, or conferences.
  • Role may be required to work weekends, bank holidays and evening shifts on a regular basis.
  • Participate in onsite and offsite training, seminars, and conferences as directed.
