Multi Property Technical Director
Will be reporting to the Multi Property Hotel Manager
Scope of Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Leader to support our operations and maintain the entire multi property facilities, including physical building structures, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and water management. Role is key to both the Sustainability initiatives, and the various ESG Projects which our hotels are undertaking. Support the Hotels’ vision of Customer Experience Management, and maintain all programs as required by the Brand and operational Standards. The seasoned professional will also be acting as the Hotels’ Technical Safety Engineer, ensuring all key requirements are met for Health & Safety of our Associates.
Successful candidate must
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field (a master’s would be considered an Asset).
- Be a registered member of the Greek Technical Chamber of Commerce (T.E.E)
- Have 5 to 7 years in a similar role in Hospitality or related sector, with proven experience in large capital projects
- Have native Greek, and proficient English skills

- Strong Project Management skills, with an ability to work in and lead diverse teams.
- Very efficient time management and organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and handle in parallel demands
- Advanced analytical, reporting and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication, and networking skills
