Multi- Property Training Manager (Full-Time)

12‑Month Maternity Leave Contract | Perth

Are you an experienced operational leader who loves developing people and bringing training to life?

We are seeking a hands-on Training Manager to support our Perth multi-property hotel cluster during a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a highly operational role focused on training delivery, facilitation and follow‑up — not training design.

All training frameworks, materials and systems are already established. Your role is to engage, facilitate, coach and ensure completion across our operational teams.

This role is for you if you:

  • Come from a hotel or customer‑facing operations background
  • Enjoy being on the floor and working closely with teams
  • Are confident in facilitating training, orientations and role plays
  • Are organised, proactive and persistent with follow‑ups
  • Care deeply about service standards, safety and compliance

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver group orientations and onboarding sessions across multiple hotels
  • Facilitate service, operational and compliance training programs
  • Run role plays, practical simulations and interactive workshops
  • Coordinate and track mandatory, WHS and online training completion
  • Follow up on outstanding training with leaders and associates
  • Maintain accurate training and compliance records
  • Partner with operational leaders to support on‑the‑job learning

What we’re looking for:

Essential

  • Background in hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing operations
  • Experience leading teams or delivering training
  • Confident communicator with strong facilitation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of WHS and mandatory training requirements

Desirable

  • Experience in a Training, Operations or Team Leader role
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working across multiple sites or departments
