We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef – our poolside restaurant & bar.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and delivering a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, especially during peak periods, while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role.
Core Responsibilities Managing Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the poolside restaurant & bar
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Support operations on the floor during busy periods
- Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs
Leading the Team
- Lead, motivate, and develop a young and dynamic team
- Act as a role model, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to improve team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Guest Experience
- Deliver a friendly, engaging, and memorable guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Continuously look for ways to enhance service and guest satisfaction
- Be present on the floor and actively interact with guests
People & Performance
- Set clear expectations and monitor team performance
- Support training and development initiatives
- Promote a culture of recognition, respect, and teamwork
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in cost control, inventory, and basic financial management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and beverage regulations
- Support overall outlet performance and continuous improvement
