Summary:
The Private Dining Manager will solicit, confirm and coordinate new bookings for all
private dining events . This will include utilizing CI to block space, prepare contracts, and detail event orders for the clients.
This Private Dining Manager will prepare, implement and compile, with the assistance of a
Sales Leader, yearly and quarterly strategic action plans to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
These will typically be updated on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications
 Strong sales or catering sales background
 General food & wine knowledge
 Menu and event planning experience
 Event execution experience
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Ability to be effective to several socioeconomic / demographic levels
 Excellent sales contract closing capabilities
 Goal oriented and highly self-motivated; can work with minimal direction
 Outside connections to the local business and social communities
