We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Control costs and optimize profitability through effective resource management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and health regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management certification is a plus
