We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Restaurants Manager, responsible for directing and coordinating all activities and providing assistance to the associates in the restaurants and banquets departments, while ensuring all established service standards and procedures are implemented consistently, leading to guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction and profit for the property.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute short- and long-term operational and financial strategies aligned with the Dorian’s restaurant objectives, excluding The Wilde on 27.

    Lead the overall restaurant operations and strategic direction of the designated restaurant outlets.

    Monitor restaurant performance through guest feedback, financial reporting, and operational analysis; implement corrective action where required.

    Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service standards through ongoing evaluation and quality control.

    Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and develop innovative programs that enhance the overall guest experience.

    Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities that maximize profitability and guest value.

    Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and service excellence among associates.

    Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and develop associates and leadership teams.

    Conduct regular technical, operational, and service training to ensure consistent standards and associate growth.

    Lead and motivate teams to maximize productivity, engagement, and performance.

    Ensure effective communication across all restaurant and hotel teams through meetings, briefings, and ongoing dialogue.

    Maintain full compliance with company policies, SOPs, health & safety regulations, and local laws.

    Monitor service execution, teamwork, and upselling performance; provide coaching and follow-up where needed.

    Requirements:

    A seasoned professional with a minimum of two years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role.

    A Hospitality program graduate or degree holder.

    Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to safety.

    Someone who has solid leadership skills, adept at training, coaching and motivating a team.

    An exceptional problem-solver, knowing how to troubleshoot and resolve situations efficiently.

    Someone with strong financial acumen with the ability to perform detailed analysis of financial statements for food and beverage, along with a proven track record of making sound financial/business decisions.

    Agile, able to shift priorities as needed, including handling guest or associate situations that may occur outside of typical work hours, covering shifts as necessary.

    Knowledgeable in health, safety and sanitary rules and regulations.

    Excellent working knowledge of POS systems, including Micros.

    Able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

    An excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.

    Able to combine strategic planning and day-to-day management.

    Physically able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, crouch, and lift or carry objects up to 40 pounds or more.
