Revenue Manager – W Prague

W Prague is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy and drive commercial performance across the hotel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, demand, and business performance.
  • Maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel revenue.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Welcome desk and hotel leadership.
  • Lead and support revenue management initiatives and teams.
  • Ensure strategies align with brand standards and business goals.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and hotel industry practices.
