Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence, supporting our Rooms Division team, and delivering flawless administrative coordination? As Rooms Admin, you will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that all room-related processes, documentation, and communications flow smoothly. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a luxury, fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!

Your responsibilities include…
  • Provide full administrative support to the Rooms Division leadership team (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations).
  • Manage and maintain departmental documentation, reports, schedules, and operational records.
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with payroll input, attendance tracking, and scheduling updates for Rooms Division teams.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees in the Rooms Division.
  • Ensure compliance with The Ritz-Carlton brand standards in all administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and manage orders for office supplies and departmental needs.
  • Assist with guest inquiries when necessary, ensuring timely and elegant follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we expect from you…
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility, teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset.
  • Valid work permit in Spain.
