Who are we looking for…?

Are you passionate about fine dining, attentive service and continuous learning? As an Assistant Waiter, you play an essential role in supporting the front-of-house team, contributing to a seamless, elegant and refined service that meets the highest standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Your attention to detail, positive attitude and willingness to learn will make a meaningful difference in every service. If you enjoy working in a demanding, fast-paced environment and aspire to grow professionally within high-end gastronomy, we would be delighted to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated service.
  • Preparing and maintaining tables according to the restaurant’s standards (mise en place).
  • Assisting with food and beverage service under the guidance of the waiter and maître d’.
  • Ensuring the dining room remains clean, organized and impeccably presented at all times.
  • Replenishing glassware, cutlery, tableware and service items during service.
  • Clearing tables efficiently while maintaining proper service flow and discretion.
  • Assisting in guest interaction with courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Anticipating the needs of both guests and the service team.
  • Complying with hygiene, food safety and internal operating standards.
  • Maintaining outstanding personal grooming, posture and communication at all times.

What we are looking for…

  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in fine dining and luxury hospitality.
  • Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality (valued but not essential).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of table service and restaurant etiquette (an advantage).
  • English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent grooming, professionalism and work ethic.
  • Valid work authorization for Spain.
