Key responsibilities:
- Manage communications, including calls, emails, and guest interactions
- Ensure compliance with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently and professionally
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and presentations with internal teams
- Facilitate effective communication across departments
- Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, and document minutes accurately
- Monitor office supplies, anticipate needs, and manage procurement processes
- Ensure proper operation of office equipment and arrange maintenance when required
- Resolve office-related issues and ensure operational continuity
- Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain compliance standards
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters

- Excellent hospitality, communication, organizational and telephone skills
- English language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Timeless and accuracy in work and assignments
- Professional attire at all times during working hours
- Needs be very detail oriented, able to adapt and execute projects on shorts notices, prepare reports and offer support to Sales department
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn company-specific systems
- Strong presentation and meeting coordination skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of brand standards, culture, and service excellence principles
