Offers hands-on experience in the exciting world of hotel operations and hospitality, necessary to prepare for and develop a career path within Marriott International’s portfolio of brands. During the time of your internship, you will have the opportunity to acquire responsibilities and to develop your organizational and communication skills by :

 

EVENTS

  • Assisting the Event Team in daily administrative tasks
  • Handling internal meetings
  • Prepare the Banquet Events Orders for the following week and participate in the BEO meeting 
  • Be in contact with clients by email and phone
  • Qualify received requests to understand client needs and send tailored proposals, aiming to drive business growth and ensure high customer satisfaction.

 

SALES 

  • Shadow the proactive sales team on appropriate sales calls and site inspections 
  • Support the proactive team in their administrative tasks 
  • Extract Daily, weekly, monthly reports (Opera, SFA) 
  • Involved with weekly Sales meetings
