Sales Executive (Reactive)
The Westin Mumbai Garden City- Handle inbound inquiries: Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, and manage the sales pipeline for these leads.
- Understand client needs: Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their requirements and identify how the company's products or services can meet those needs.
- Demonstrate products: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, explaining their benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that align with both the customer's needs and the company's goals.
- Prepare proposals: Create and send accurate proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Provide support: Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged.
- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with teams: Work with marketing and other internal teams to align with sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding set sales targets and goals
