As Revenue & Sales Manager, you’ll be the commercial engine of the hotel—driving revenue, building demand, and shaping smart pricing and sales strategies, all while keeping the MOXY vibe front and center.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Marriott systems to ensure performance is strong from day one—and gets better every day.
Be a Key Person during and after the Pre-Opening phase of the hotel which is planned to open mid 2026.
• Develop and execute revenue and sales strategies across rooms and outlets
• Maximize RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability through smart pricing and demand forecasting
• Manage distribution channels, rate strategies, and inventory in line with brand standards
• Drive local and international sales opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and business mix
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with Operations Team to activate promotions and brand-led campaigns
• Support pre-opening activities including system setup, rate loading, and go-to-market strategy
