Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Atrium Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

 

What You Will Do:
  • Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events—turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success—your attention to detail makes the difference.
  • Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing—making sure no detail gets missed.
  • Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on course—and ahead.
  • Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
  • Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track.
 
What We Are Looking For:
  • 1–2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing – You understand how to move fast, multitask, and still make it personal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – You know how to engage clients and influence outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Organization is your superpower.
  • Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools – It’s a plus that helps you move fast and work smart.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated – You thrive on deadlines and live for checklists.
 
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.44 - $30.49
