Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share across key business segments.
- Drive revenue generation through proactive sales activities, including corporate accounts, partnerships, events, and group bookings.
- Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and business partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and networking activities to promote the hotel and its services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Rooms, F&B, and Finance, to develop attractive packages and offerings that support occupancy and revenue objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive position.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, networking sessions, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account management through CRM and reporting systems.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth execution of agreements and partnerships.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture while supporting overall business objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience within a hotel environment, preferably with opening or post-opening experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales segments, including corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, and partnerships.
- Excellent business development, account management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Professional and brand-conscious, with the ability to represent the hotel effectively to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
$4500 - $5200 SGD monthly
